E' uscito il nuovo firmware per il WyPlayer. Purtoppo la versione 1.4 (quella che avrÃ* il server Samba) si fa ancora attendere. Ecco cosa troviamo in questo firmware:

  New in this version :
- Support of most advanced profile for H264/AVC codec (MPEG-4 Part 10): Profile AVC High@L5.1

Enhancements in this version :
- Better refresh of images for trick modes (fast backward/forward)
- Better playability of videos MKV, AVI, TP
- Support of MP4 1080p/60 videos (useful for AVC HD camcorders)
- Correct display in EPG grid of programmes overlapping the current time slot.

Problems corrected in this version :
- Correction of audio glitches on SPDIF output (5.1)
- Missing number 24 added for repetition of the scheduled recordings

Problems known in this version :
- Some MPEG2 files (.ts, .m2ts...) may have glitches on sound and image when read through the network UPnP/DLNA  


Per installarlo basta scaricare l'archivio da questo indirizzo:

e scompattarlo su una chiavetta usb vuota; poi inserire la chiavetta nel WyPlayer e procedere con l'aggiornamento.
